Midway games is an american company, it was a video game publisher and developer from 1973 to 2009. Midway also developed the games called ms. pacman, spy hunter and the NBA jam, they were able to gain the rights to video games originally developed by williams eletronics and atari games. In 2006and 2007 Midway lost more than $77 million on sales of $166 million. Midway games created all the series of mortal kombat.
On march the 6th 2007, midway reported that they had entered into a new $90 million credit agreement with National Amusements, controlled by sumner redstone.

analysis of two existing products
This is game is called tekken which is a hand to hand combat fight, each character has their own element fire earth wind water ext. As you can see on the cover is a group of five people. The typograghy on the title is red this suggest that there could be blood, the font is sharp and faded to give it an action effect.
This is a game called street fighter 4 it is the same as tekken but simular to mortal kombat, the typography is simular to tekken, sharp. But the font is different its like graffiti as you would find in the streets, this game is for 14-20 year olds because of all the vilence and killng, therefore this game is for teenagers only.
